Return Policy:
This Policy describes how KBHB Radio handles returns/refunds for items sold online at the KBHB eStore.
Your item is eligible for return/refund if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be completely un-used. No refunds will be issued for partially used certificates, gift cards or passes.
- Items with expiration dates must continue to be valid a minimum of 30 days from the date of your refund request. No refunds will be issued for expired items.
Items that meet the above requirements can be submitted for a full refund of the purchase price. No refunds will be given on shipping and handling charges.
